WHAT'S MY HOME WORTH?

   In Central Florida, there are many automated valuation (AVM) tools available to provide homeowners with an estimate of their property value. These AVM tools are typically inaccurate since the computer models rely on data within a distant radius therefore, including properties that would not be considered “like-kind” or a true comparable property. Central Florida is filled with a diverse home inventory that computer AVM models found on Zillow and others cannot accurately value a property, especially a luxury home. 

   As a former appraiser and pricing strategists for several developments and custom builders, we provide a sight unseen desktop range valuation of your property that is more accurate than the typical AVM. 

    

   If accuracy is important to you, an onsite preview is best. We will prepare and email back to you a robust “comparable market analysis (CMA)” for your home. The difference is considerable, and it is a free service we provide to homeowners.
